WHO AM I?
Daniel Taylor is an actor and performer from Oxford who graduated from the University of Chichester in BA Theatre and has training at the Flintlock Theatre School.
Dan is no stranger to performance; he's grown up in the Oxford Theatre scene. He's had experience in stand-up, live street performance, children's theatre and even musical theatre. (Displayed so beautifully in his vocal work for Everything, Always.)
He's been a part of productions of The Three Musketeers, After Edward, One Last... (where he was literally Jesus) and a plethora of original plays while at university. On top of these, Dan is an experienced director too, with his debut show Golf Club Chihuahua, which he created with first year students at UOC. The asexual legend is also the head of art direction for Freshly Squeezed, with the paintings of Nameless and the bust of the Six Eyed Beast all being Taylor originals.
Dan's greatest quality is his upmost and complete commitment in everything - from excellently portraying the damaged soul Tasteless the Clown for years to his own passion for writing, with his most recent play, Thrash, being created for the Verity Barbate writing award. He's a creative powerhouse and sets the bars incredibly high.
And arguably, the most important fact about Daniel Taylor; Sir Ian McKellen once said he was funny, so there.
