THE
SERIES
Meet The Clowns.
Friendless. Childless. Balloonless. Tasteless.
And Nameless. Rest in peace, king.
They want to find the answer to love and loss. A single, easy answer.
Can they do it without breaking down/each other's arms?
I bloody hope so.
The Everything, Always series was the debut launch of Freshly Squeezed back in 2021. It follows 5 clowns trying to figure out love in what was described as a "post-post modern" take on abstract theatre.
Created initially by Ethan Webb, Joseph Harradine, Daniel Taylor, Connor Paisley and Ben Keating, the show was first performed as Everything, Always in the Showroom, Chichester, later performing at InterACT Festival 2022 and Chichester Fringe 2022.
After the first run of the Clown's story, the show shifted in Everything, Always: The Memorial, after Connor parted ways with Freshly Squeezed to pursue other avenues.
The show evolved into exploring love in relation to grief and how the clowns refuse to deal with the death of their friend, Nameless.
Everything, Always: The Memorial had an extended run in 2023, with it performing at Chichester and Camden Fringe 2023, and the Camden Autumn Theatre Festival.
