Hello, True Squeezers! Hope you're all keeping well (and dealing with the heat!)
We've been a tad quiet over the last month - but don't fret! We've got a whole shed of updates to chuck all over your screen...
Before we get into all the updates, a bunch of CONGRATULATIONS are in order! Recently, some of our lovely theatre mates put on some fantastic work and we wanted to take a second to say, "YOU ARE FANTASTIC AND WE LOVE YOU!"
Jack Stone - The Fountain of Youth
Kitchen Sink Productions - A Deceit of Dying Flowers and Behind Closed Curtains
Rhiannon Tomes - L,O,V,E Question Mark
Enlight Insight Theatre - Rebel Jam: A Queen Cabaret
Five Straight Men - Transmission
All fantastic stuff! If you aren't following these superstars already, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? FOLLOW THEM!
(If we missed anyone, blame the price of meal deals at Tesco. They keep going up and it's distracting.)
Now... into the updates!!

We're still on track with our brand new show, Sibling Dinner!
We've been cracking on with character creation and script writing with this family centred show - even landing upon our brotherly trio! We've drafted hypothetical scripts, monologues, set, costume, scenes; we're currently in the stages of slotting together everything we've got into a coherent and emotional narrative!
Now that the google forms for Sibling Dinner are gone, we wanted to extend our gratitude once again - a huge thank you to everyone who submitted personal accounts about your sibling experiences - everything we received was so honest and raw. We can't thank you enough for laying it all on us - it's given us lots of unique viewpoints into this phenomenon and has kick-started hundreds of creative conversations.
Fingers crossed - Sibling Dinner is still aiming for a Fringe 2025 release!

The tragi-comedy epic by our own Daniel Taylor is complete! (For now!)
After weeks of rewrites, rejigs, read-throughs and sat staring at the wall, Thrash has been submitted in consideration for the Verity Bargate award. Regardless of the outcome, we hope you'll dive into the wonky world of Skate Park, Double U and Towel in the future.

Announced at the start of the year in our JUICED! presentation, the Freshly Squeezed table-top role-playing series has the very first one-shot planned!
The Clowns refused to work through their pain and grief, choosing to relive their trauma instead of moving forward.
Someone took notice.
Well, someTHING.
After repeated cycles and loops of anger, deceit and heartbreak, The Clowns have been snatched out of history.
It's time for Friendless, Tasteless, Childless and Balloonless to face their past.
Can these four morons somehow overcome a deity older than time itself?
This will be a recorded session of us four role-playing as The Clowns, with the session being dungeon mastered by Jack Stone. Following on from the events of The Spooky Edition Recap, watch as The Clowns come to terms with their own fears and trauma while overcoming the overwhelming power of The Six Eyed Beast.
What happens in this session will be canon to Everything, Always.
As well as this session, an edited down recap will be uploaded, for those wanting just the story.
EVERYTHING, ALWAYS: MORBIDLY, A BEAST is looking to release by the end of 2024.
Aside from these, we've got a couple more projects in the tank (one of which is a collaborative project which you can get involved in, which we'll make an entire article about!)
Before we leave off - if you're free on the 20th July, our scallywag buddies over at Odds and Sodds are back at Trans Pride Brighton, marching as the pirates once more! If you want to march with them (even in your own sea-worthy, shanty-singing pirate outfits!) check their social media for updates - https://linktr.ee/oddsandsodds
Keep safe and keep happy, True Squeezers!
Excelsior!
Ethan :)
